Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $150 AUD

Your order is very important to us and we make every effort to process and deliver your order as promptly as possible.

Domestic Orders - Australia

  • All orders made within Australia are shipped by Aus Post.

  • Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched the same business day, after receipt of payment.

  • All domestic orders are typically delivered in metropolis areas within 2-5 business days and 3-14 business days in rural areas from the date of despatch.
  • Express shipping is available and shipped via Aus Post, and typically delivered within 1-2 business days to metropolis areas and 2-6 business days to rural areas.

International Deliveries - Rest of the World

      • All orders made outside Australia are shipped by DHL or Aus Post.
      • Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched the same business day, with receipt of payment.
      • Subject to availability of stock, delivery can normally be expected:
      • NZ: 3-5 business days depend on the address and custom clearance
      • UK/EU: 5-9 business days
      • US: 7-9 business days

        Shipping Fees

        • Domestic (Standard): $10.00
        • Domestic (Express): $15.00
        • International (Standard): $21.99

        Free shipping for all domestic orders over $150 AUD.

        For international deliveries, any foreign taxes, customs or import duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.


        Delivery delays

        • Any orders received after 2pm AEST on Friday's will be processed the following Monday afternoon.
        • Processing times may vary during holiday periods or sale periods, such as Christmas and Public Holidays and can experience delivery delays.
        • Occasionally, delays are caused by out-of-stock products. If this is the case we will notify you as soon as possible and organise a refund or exchange.
        • We do not accept responsibility for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond the control of Myk The Label (e.g environmental circumstances such as floods, strikes and custom inspections).
