RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Please read carefully before purchasing.

At Myk, every piece is technically-crafted and carefully quality-checked before it leaves our studio. Because underwear is an intimate garment we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal fit preferences.

This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products for all customers.


Change of Mind & Fit – Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene standards and the intimate nature of underwear, Myk does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Deciding the fit, cut or style is not suitable

  • Colour preference

  • Accidental order or duplicate order

We encourage customers to refer to our detailed Size Guide and contact customer service prior to purchase if uncertain.


Faulty or Damaged Items (Australian Consumer Law) - Of Course!

We stand by the quality of Myk garments.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the nature of the fault, Myk will offer:

- an exchange for the same item.

Refunds for faulty items may be considered only where an exchange is not available.

We do not provide refunds for minor issues or dissatisfaction with fit or feel.


How to Request a Faulty Item Review

Please contact us at hello@mykthelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the fault

  • Photos/videos showing the issue

Our team will assess the issue within 2–3 business days.

If the fault is confirmed, we will provide instructions for exchange.


Returning a Faulty Item

If Myk requests the item to be returned for assessment:

  • It must be unworn (other than trying on), unwashed, and with all tags attached

  • You will be provided with the return address

  • Myk will cover the return shipping costs for confirmed faults

  • A replacement will be sent once the item has been received and reviewed

If the garment is found not faulty after inspection, the item will be returned to you at your expense.


Refunds (Faulty Items Only)

Refunds will only be issued in circumstances where:

  • The item is confirmed faulty, and

  • A replacement is not available.

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless required under ACL.


Sale Items, Bundles & Promotions

All sale items, promotional items, and bundle purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Myk is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.
Re-delivery fees may apply.
